L'interopérabilité des données juridiques : étude de mesure de la circulation de l'information juridique

Abstract : The legal informatics in documentation is facing many challenges in order to offer new products to digital database users, especially lawyers, aiming to improve links between legal documents. The growing of interoperability, already a reality in the United States and in Canada, is very modest in France, despite a lot of successful projects in humanities and social science. This study demonstrates that the applicable law in France is interoperable. Then, in view of the findings of a benchmark about legal databases, the author offers three scenario to improve the consultation and the accessibility of the law.
