Informations et connaissances du réseau professionnel de la politique de la ville : ingénierie et gouvernance
Résumé
This essay studies the network of professional actors of urban affairs in Seine-Saint-Denis. In a changing ecosystem, it highlights the complexity of the organisation. In this movement of transformation, it aims to make aware of a knowledge management and reminds in this purpose the different types of information in a knowledge organization system. It studies in the network the criticality of information knowledge. The informations are as valuable as
their interaction with the tacit knowledge of the professional actors. In the co-construction of a contract, for the co-construction of a territory, it aims to expose the questioning useful to the co-construction of a common tool for defining and monitoring the common objectives of the city contract in 2015.
Ce mémoire s'intéresse au réseau des acteurs professionnels de la politique de la ville en Seine-Saint-Denis. Dans un écosystème en transformation, il met en valeur la complexité du dispositif. Il souhaite sensibiliser dans ce mouvement de transformation à une gestion des connaissances et rappelle dans cet objectif les différentes typologies d'information dans un système d'organisation de connaissances. Il étudie au sein du réseau la criticité des connaissances. Les informations ont autant de valeur que l'interaction de celles-ci avec les connaissances tacites des acteurs professionnels. Dans la co-construction d'un contrat, pour la co-construction d'un territoire il veut poser le questionnement utile à la co-construction d'un outil commun à la définition et au suivi des objectifs communs du contrat de ville 2015.
