L'exploitation des vocabulaires dans un portail web sémantique. Le cas du portail thématique Plan4Learning de l'IIPE-UNESCO
Abstract
This paper concerns a strategy of valorisation of documentary resources through a semantic Web portal. It proceed from an intervention and a study of the Plan4Learning portal project led within the international institute for educational planning IIPE-UNESCO. The analysis stresses in particular on the interaction linking the semantic description and the use of documentary vocabularies on the one hand and on the other hand the elaboration of innovative services regarding improving access to information.
Ce mémoire porte sur une stratégie de valorisation de ressources documentaires dans un portail web sémantique. Il s'appuie sur une intervention et sur l'analyse du projet de portail Plan4Learning conduit au sein de l'Institut international pour la planification de l'éducation IIPE-UNESCO. L'analyse met en particulier en regard la modélisation et l'exploitation de vocabulaires documentaires et l'élaboration de services innovants en matière d'accès à l'information.
