Evolution d'un annuaire de sites Internet vers un outil d'Intelligence Economique

Abstract : This report deals with, via a concrete internship in the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Lyon, the concept of Competitive Intelligence and its ownership by the French economic players. The redesign of the directory “1000 sites” of the CCI of Lyon is a part of a larger project to offer services in the field of Competitive Intelligence by some public organisms, either regionally or nationally. Following the synthesis of different definitions of Competitive Intelligence since its emergence, the construction of an "ideal" Competitive Intelligence is discussed and studied. This analysis would propose a simple light on what the Competitive Intelligence is, how such an approach is essential for the competitiveness of an enterprise or territory and how to establish an operational structure.
