Les données d'ANPERSANA : un entrepôt pour la valorisation de la recherche à IKER

Abstract : ANPERSANA is the digital library created by the Basque Studies laboratory IKER to provide added value to the research projects of its scientific community. This project is the latest of the many actions in favour of open access carried out by IKER, out of which the journal Lapurdum and the self-storage platform Artxiker constitute remarkable achievements. In an international context of emergence of open research data projects, it is necessary to define the roles of actors and institutions to avoid service overlapping. In this respect, what sets ANPERSANA apart is its specialisation in data derived from research in Basque language and culture. The platform is confronted to choices (such as the type of services offered, integrated tools and storage procedures) that can incite the commitment of the targeted scientific community, indispensable to the continuity of the project. Commitment, however, is more largely influenced by the views of the research community over open science and open research data, and particularly about spreading one’s own data. The legal context, time availability, professional culture and source confidentiality issues influence the perceptions and practices of data sharing and online distribution.
