Les médias sociaux au service de l'Intelligence économique de l'entreprise : un enjeu de compétitivité dans une économie mondialisée

Abstract : Economic globalization is a factor that strongly impacts the future of companies today. They must remain competitive against an unstable and fierce competitive market. The need for strategic information is a key challenge for companies in the era of Big Data, characterized by the explosion of data. Business intelligence is a way to find and analyze this information to help decision-making within the directions. The sources of information are many, but the advent of social networks has changed the situation. The Networks have indeed increased the volume of data and accelerated the flow of information. Nowadays, these networks are firstly, a new reservoir of strategic information for business, given that they know how to measure all the benefits and dangers, secondly, they open the way to new skills, and thus for new jobs. Hence, this study seeks to understand how the evolution of social media has influenced the creation of business value.
