Le moteur de recherche d‟entreprise : quels enjeux organisationnels et technologiques ?

Abstract : In order to cope with the increase in volume of data within organizations and in a context of information overload, efficient information retrieval is becoming a key factor in the management of information data flow. This paper discusses the issues of Enterprise search engines, which are often presented as unified platforms in order to access heterogeneous, oversized and unevenly structured information. After initially identifying the specificities of professional information, this paper describes the functional principles of Enterprise search engines. The third part of this work attempts to show how the search engine can be regarded as a managerial and technological project. The fourth part is based on a case study concerning the deployment of a content management system, Sharepoint Server 2010, within the macro-economic analysis institute, Coe-Rexecode.
