L'audit d'un système d'information au sein d'une petite structure. Le cas de la Fondation René Seydoux.

Abstract : The Foundation René Seydoux is a private organization officially recognized by a decree issued by the French Prime Minister in 1980. The aim of the Foundation is to develop and strengthen ties of solidarity linking all the countries in the Mediterranean region. Its activities focus on initiatives fostering exchanges, goodwill and cultural, social and scientific cooperation between the Mediterranean peoples. The Foundation acts as an information centre and owns a Mediterranean Directory which is a database listing cultural institutions, research centers, associations, organizations as well as reviews and periodicals working on Mediterranean topics. This database becomes archaic and an audit is required for helping the organization achieve their stated objectives. Through this micro structure, we establish the audit methodology: needs analysis, report of problems and diagnosis will be useful all along the process.
