Team EpiMic, UMR MICALIS

Research in the EpiMic team aims to elucidate the molecular events mediating bacterial response and adaptation to external perturbations.

To this end, we combine cell microscopy, biochemistry and integrative multi-OMICS (transcriptomics, proteomics and metabolomics) to determine mechanistic details underlying microbial persistence in different contexts (cellular infection and in the environment).
